Consistency & Choice (April 2026)
This year, for the first time, I started planting seeds for my garden.
And if I’m being honest, it reminded me a lot of fitness and nutrition.
You don’t plant something and expect it to grow overnight
You don’t dig it up every few days to check if it’s working.
You plant it, you water it, you give it some time—and you trust the process.
Spring works the same way.
You don’t need to start over. You just need to keep going—and maybe adjust a few things along the way.
Consistency & Choice (March 2026)
I’m writing this month’s Consistency & Choice from the French Alps, where I’ve spent the past week skiing.
Days like this are a great reminder that fitness isn’t just about workouts. It’s about what your body allows you to do.
Consistency & Choice (Feb 2026)
There is no quick fix to fitness.
And there is no magic formula for nutrition.
What works is repetition. Structure. Showing up again.
This month’s Consistency & Choice is about the long game.
Consistency & Choice (Jan 2026)
January has a way of making people feel like they’re already behind.
New plans. New rules. New pressure to “do more.”
This is your reminder that progress doesn’t come from starting over—it comes from continuing.
Consistency is key. Everything is a choice.
Let’s talk about what actually matters.
