I work with people who want to build real strength, clean up their nutrition, and feel genuinely good in their bodies — without the confusion and overwhelm.

In-Person Training & Workshops

Based in New Rochelle, NY. I offer one-on-one personal training as well as group workshops covering fitness, nutrition, and recovery topics. Workshops are a great way to get started, learn the basics, and see if coaching is right for you.
